Dreams are a doorway into your subconscious mind. Your dreams can offer you great emotional healing, help you identify and treat physical illnesses and give you perspective on life events. They can also offer you creative inspiration. In a dream consultation you will learn techniques to help you remember, understand and work with your dreams, so that you may benefit from their guidance.

Life Coaching
Life-Coaching provides an opportunity for you to focus on a specific goal or set of related goals in your life. In a series of three or more sessions, Sarai will work with you to understand underlying issues which deter you from accomplishing your goals. During your sessions, she will also help you to identify and utilize your gifts and talents.

Sarai will also aide you to establish clear action steps and brain-storm solutions to problems. She will encourage you through moments when you become discouraged or lose focus. Coaching sessions can range from one to two hours. Meetings occur once every two to four weeks, depending on your personal goals and the time you have available.
